All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Cash on Delivery (if applicable)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to be available to receive the package.
Failure to accept COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders.
International Shipping
Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, delivery timelines and charges will vary depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
Gadgettory is not liable for products that are:

Damaged during transit by courier partners
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a 360-degree opening video as proof, as per our Replacement Policy.
