Replacement Policy

We have a 48 Hours replacement policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not offer returns, only replacements in case of eligible issues.

While raising the request, it is mandatory to share a clear 360-degree opening video of the package showing the parcel being opened and the product condition. This video helps us verify the issue and process the replacement smoothly.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package for the replacement process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A 360-degree package opening video is required as proof to validate any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim.


Exceptions / Non-Replaceable Items

Certain types of items cannot be replaced, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept replacements for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or replacements on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a replacement for the eligible product, and once the request is approved, follow the instructions provided by our team.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The 360-degree opening video may also be required to verify the condition of the product.


Replacements

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the replacement is approved or not.

If approved, our team will initiate the replacement process and provide further instructions. If more than 10–15 business days have passed since your request was approved and you have not received an update, please contact us at gadgettoryofficial@gmail.com.
